Roxana
With over 20 years of experience in massage therapy and energy healing, my practice brings together technical skill, therapeutic depth, and a compassionate presence. I draw on a wide range of trainings and experience including deep tissue massage, breathwork, movement therapy, Tantra, Womens circles, mindfulness meditation and Vortex healing, to support each person’s unique needs.
My approach is never one-size-fits-all. Whether you come seeking relief from pain or tension, support in regulating your nervous system, releasing emotions, or a deeper reconnection to yourself, I meet you where you are. Sessions are guided by attunement, sensitivity, and respect for your pace and boundaries.
I hold a gentle, non-judgmental space where your body can soften, your system can rebalance, and you can feel safe to return to yourself.
